Once you enter the shop, you will be greeted by the cheerful waiters and waitresses. Immediately, that creates a good impression.
The setting of the shop is rather nice. The renovated jus a few months ago, and now, the shop looks more attractive and special and has a rich culture of Japan in it.
The food are definetly up to standard. I especially likes the Crayfish ramen. The crayfish is always fresh and the gravy that comes with it is just perfect.
Their sides of white fish fillet etc are great as well.
Service is efficient and good and it's also value for money.

Ajisen ramen is what I call comfort japanese food at affordable prices.
Their noodles are one of a kind, pasta-ramen hybrids which i like so much more than all the "authentic" ramen shops elsewhere which taste like glamorized instant noodles.
The soup, esp the spicy miso soup is very rich, i'm not sure with msg or actual herbs and spices but one bowl is not enough!!
The food comes quickly too and the set meals are value for money (:
