I visited this hotel during the March school holidays (2008) and found it faultless in my entire two nights stay with my family. The room that we stayed in is the standard room, which the bed occupies most of the room. The room is small but the facilities in-room are designed to be compact(e.g the wardrobe,shoe storage cabinet,etc), so the whole design was pleasant,simple and unobstructive.The bed was comfortable and free of bedbugs due to its modern design(there was no wood panelling or whatsoever) and could easily occupy three adults.Daily cleaning of the room had kept the place in good condition.A bonus is that disposable slippers are provided(surprisingly,they are quite comfortable to wear!)
Being a boutique hotel, it has only 10 floors and the one we stayed on was on the 7th floor,which is a non-smoking level.Check-in was quick and efficient, and its close proximity to many shopping malls in the Bukit Bintang area and the monorail system are added bonuses.
I strongly recommend this boutique hotel for those who likes a chic, affordable and comfortable stay( preferbly ones who love shopping and access to public transport as well!)
