The place was super crowded during the lunch hour. Especially when i went with a group of 6 people. Had a very long waiting time to actually get seats. But the food did not disappoint. The servings were just nice enough. The chicken was good though I personally prefer KFC's chicken skin (which is more unhealthy). We felt very full and i really liked the fries! It's cool that they serve both french fries and waffle potato. Because i like both. The coleslaw was also very nice!
Though i wished the table and seats were a little bit bigger so it's more comfortable for a big group of people.

I usually order in for their chicken! and i must say its really good! much more worth the price compared to kfc or other fast food! the chicken skin is amazing! and you get more value for money! really enjoy it every time i order! the problem is they don't really have much advertisement! i only manage to find out about them through a friend! and i only discovered they had a branch in pasir ris when i was walking pasir ris park one day! haha! but i must say! if your in the mood for chicken! i would recommend them!

Went to try out Arnold's fried chicken at City Plaza after afew friends told me about it, boy do the place reminds me when I'm at Malaysia!
You'll greeted by a nice waitress asking how many people and tell you where you will be seated. I asked about if there any 10% service, was told that the charge was counted in the menu already. So I do expect it to be much expensive than KFC or Dallas.
I ordered the 2pcs Chicken Meal Large A&W Rootbeer onion rings as side order. The drink(A&W Rootbeer) came first, followed by 2pcs chicken meal and then the Onion rings. Service was quite fast even tho it's full house on Thursday night.
I ate the coleslaw first, tasted not bad unlike the KFC ones hehe. Then the fries tasted abit plain, oh well. The chicken tasted nice, with the skin crispy and the meat is juicy which must put with chili sauce to match up with the taste~
Onion rings are nice too, when you bite it feels crispy and it's really hot. So I finished all 7 at one go.
Total cost me $11.10, not very filling but at least you leave with a smile since the food taste good.
Overall I guess this one gets 4/5 stars, feels abit wasted not to try the half spring chicken and should give more fries for a $6.10 2pc Chicken Meal since doesn't come with a drink.
