I decided to try the donuts since they looked interesting and colourful. One does get bored with donuts sprinkled with sugar after a while. I chose 6 flavours, Almond Lover, Strawberry Candy, Pistachio Crunch, White Chocolate, Chocolate Rainbow and Maple Iced Glazed.
I didn't get to try Chocolate Rainbow as I had to give it to a kid. However, I think the chocolate is the same as Almond Lover. I must say, I'm not a donut lover but the range at Missy Donut is simply fantastic.
In addition, buying in bulks do help to save the money when you are buying for a group of people. Just one thing, I won't follow the instructions to heat up the donut in the microwave. My donut shrank in size. Or was it the high heat?
When this little tube was implemented, I was wondering what we can see on such a tiny screen. Well, it didn't disappoint but it didn't wow me either.
The frames were jerky at certain stretches of the roads and the sound of varying volumes on different buses. Perhaps due to the different crowd at different time.
The colours were torturing because of the reddish hue or dark shades on different screens. I simply get headaches and feel nauseous after 5 minutes of staring at the screen.
And not to forget, the freezing frames during the show's climax and you simply want to scream. Other times, you have reached your stop and the scenes will be missed because it won't be shown again at the appropriate time (read your own convenience).
Not that I'm complaining but if this constant freezing of frames doesn't even contribute to the passengers' entertainment, then, it might as well be scrapped instead of taking up that extra seat.
I've been there a few times since it's accessible as of now. The place used to be less crowded. The Egg mayo set sandwich is one of my favourite choice as it's generous with the egg mayo. The spicy fries have different taste of spiciness at different times. Not evenly mixed, I must say.
There was only once when my meal was served quite fast. Just within 5 minutes after I had placed my order. However, the fries were not well fried. That was the only time. Other times, the fries were well cooked.
Although the location looks hidden away, it's not that far from the train station if you are coming by train. Alighting from the bus is almost the same distance from the train too. Just a 10-minute walk.
I went for the trial massage only because it was a complimentary voucher. After talking to the consultant for quite some time, I felt it was a good deal, with free hydro-bath with each visit and other stuff thrown in.
Since I have the privilege to book the VIP rooms, I have often tried to use it but after 3 months, I started to have difficulties in getting a slot. Weekend slots are often taken up quickly and every time, I was asked if I could go earlier for weekday evening slots such as 5pm. I'm working, so how can I just take leave because of a spa slot? Ridiculous!
I tried 3 times in the 4th month. Failed to get a single slot even 30 days in advance via the consultant. Either the system had problem or she was on time off or on leave. SMS her the details and no confirmation if the slot was confirmed or not available. Truly unreliable communication method.
Calling the desk counter staff can get me either cut off after listening to the music for 15 minutes (I am amazed at my patience). The waiting time for getting them to check for slot availability needs another 15 minutes of listening to the music. Frustrated, I called the consultant and requested (demanded, actually) a confirmation about the slot.
Eventual slot bookings got me losing my patience and feel like demanding a refund of whatever that is left since I failed to be able to book any slots 10 times in a row. The only thing the receptionist can tell me is "Sorry".
I have yet to book another slot because I don't know if I'm free one month in advance on that particular day, at the particular time. As the others say, the best is one week in advance. Booking one week in advance there truly doesn't help because all the VIP rooms are always fully booked.
They have since installed new VIP rooms and I have used one of the new ones. I may book another slot to see if this is happening again.

I decided to try this place as it offered soup and I was craving for Japanese food. The service was friendly. There was free flow of Green tea for meals when you order a combo. Unfortunately, it was nearly closing time and I only got my one cup of Green tea.
I ordered Shitake Mushroom Sukiyaki. It arrived soon after. It came with a bowl of rice too. The fried tofu wasn't what I was used to. Perhaps because it came in a bowl and soaked in the sauce for too long.
The soup was too salty for my liking. The Shitake Mushrooms in the soup defied the soup's name. There was only one mushroom and the rest were straw mushrooms and lots of cabbages.
While I liked the seats provided, I may get my friends to meet there if the food saltiness can be improved.
