Just bought a Mighty Mouse from the shop at Orchard. The staff was lousy and did not know what the technical specs of the devices or what items were available in the store. When I tried to return the unopened package to get the Wireless version, they did not have it in stock and refused to give me a refund even though they could not tell me when the new stock would arrive. They gave me a 3 month credit instead which could run out before the new stock could arrive. They did not even suggest other items for me to buy like an Airport or wireless keyboard. And overall the attitude was horrible and unpleasant. They're attitude was more like "Too bad. You bought from us so you're screwed." I would suggest ppl buy from the i21Shop instead. [Read more] |
