Visio Optical (Holland Drive)

I have been wearing glasses for 20 yrs and visited so many optical shops. This is the worst that i have came across. I was recommended to this shop for the good service provided by an experience staff. However, when i was at the shop, i realised that the person has resigned.
Since i was there i decide to give it a try. There is a young girl who attended me. She is alright, considering she has been working there for only about 1 mth. But the boss (which i think he is an italian), has no professionalism at all. Not only he is unable to advise me on the lens, his service is also terrible. Upon collection of specs, he just handled over the specs to me. When i feedbacked that there is some discomfort, he said cannot be help and changed a display set frame for me. He did not even offered to do some adjustment for me to fit, which all my past optical shops that i visited usually does. I was so angry that i paid and just walk off.
