The ambience is nice but the services are not up to standard. i dont mind forking out expensive sum of money for a good service at any customer service oriented outlets but i find that Wayan Retreat does not provide the same amount of service i have spent on. My first experience at WAYAN RETREAT was great. The moment I walked in I was greeted by warm smile and hello by the consultants, they are very accommodating and friendly.
