The incident happened at Plaza Singapura basement 2. It was a very bad experience at counter. The server name was Kailun. There were 2 men in front of me queueing and instead of attending to me after the gentleman left, the server went on to serve another lady who came later on the other side of the queue. They should have a barricade or some signs to specify queue direction and the staff denied even after i voiced out and continued to serve the other customer. He should have been more aware and careful. I did not purchase because of that. Anyway, the food is not that fantastic though there are many to choose from, good only for a quick bite or snacks or when you have no time for dinner.
