This was recommended to me by my friend as CNY is approaching and I need to tidy my hair up a lot. You have to make an appointment with them, either through the phone or website. The hairstylists are mostly native Japanese whom you can relate to if you've Japanese friends, been to Japan or understand Japanese culture. They don't push sales of any affiliate hair products or anything like that which is a plus from the other who always like to earn extra from that. Interestingly, this salon on the top floor of Liat Towers did not make use of the view out of their salon to their advantage. The Creative Cut is $25, $35 or $65 depending on which stylist you choose. You get a free cut on your 7th visit through their stamp card programme, and free colour on your 13th visit.
