I'm yet another "wishing I had seen these reviews first" person. My mum and I signed up for a customised package each at the CitySq mall outlet, and from the very start they had pestered us to upgrade our packages and buy their products. When we fought that we couldn't afford all that, they turned aggressive into selling their products. I've been pressured into buying their facial care (cleanser, toner, TWO different creams in replacement for moisturiser, a cream for acne treatment and then a powder for pimple infection) which in my honest opinion, did nothing to help my conditions.
