The so-called service really sucks! I went there with my family before CNY to redeem my credit card voucher which will soon be overdue. I called in to make in reservation but the staff didn't inform me that they are making changes to ala-carte menu because of CNY. I reached the restaurant to only find that there was very limited range in the ala-carte menu. I was quite frustrated because the staff kept promoting CNY ala-carte buffet (abt S$38.8) and to make full use of my voucher, I only ordered dim-sums. When the staff knew that, their attitude changed completely. We hd waited at least for half an hour before we were served the dim-sums despite other tables having ala-carte buffet. Their dishes were served at interval of 5 minutes or so. What pissed me off, the so-called dim-sum were only steamed hot to be served & I can't imagined why they took such a long time to serve.
