I totally agree with the earlier comments. I was prompted to make a review when again they posted an ad at StreetDeal.sg. Beware to those who are planning to purchase a voucher. You will never be relaxed at all with their service. First, the receptionist do not know how to speak in English. When at last a customer volunteered to be our translator and we managed to have a schedule, we arrived there and were told that there is no schedule for us and that we have to come back. Our ordeal didn't stop there. The place is far from what's described on the ad or from where we used to have our massage. It's plainly CHEAP together with the poor excuse of a massage room and beds and the cheap towels that we don't know if already been used by other customers because of the smell. The masseurs never stopped offering us top-ups for the service since they are insisting that the massage in the ad is only a "relaxing massage" and we cannot ask for any harder type unless we pay more.
