I would like to warn everyone who purchased any products from Song Brothers. I have experienced bad customer service and a scam! I bought Samsung Galaxy Note from them and tried to claim warranty with Samsung Singapore. Turned out that the product is not supposed to be sold in Singapore. It is only for sale in UK and so Samsung Singapore has refused the warranty claim.
I contacted Song Brother but they do not even bother to return my calls and emails.
Very bad experience all I can say.
So please watch out from them and spread the words!
