I went with a friend to Sense boutique at citilink last week. The sales gal service is not too bad... everything is PERFECT until I pay for my clothes. I bought 3 pcs of apparels and I was talking to my friend while making payment. The sales gal conveniently chuck in the "display" item into a bag and gave it to me instead of getting me a new piece. I went home happily with my purchase but shocked to find that I got the display piece instead. I am positively sure that I got the display piece as firstly, the button is abit loosen (noticed that when I was trying on the pants) and secondly there is not extra button attached to the label. I called up the boutique the next day to enquire and gets more infuriated when I realised that they actually have new piece of the pants that I bought. When I went there for the exchange (on the next day of purchase), the 2nd piece which is probably the display piece as well, has already been altered (with immediate effect after my purchase!!!???)
