I visited the hair salon for a routine rebonding touch-up. Dominic (the head stylist) was very attentive during the consult, making me feel confident that the salon would do a good job. However, at the actual rebonding section, Dominic was out of the salon for most of the 4 hours - first attending to his daughter, which he brought with him to work and then leaving to go home an hour before the rebonding had finished. After the final wash, I realised that his assistants had burned my hair. However, Dominic, was, of course, already at home, so I was forced to go home with extremely frizzy hair. The next day when I went back with the extremely frizzy hair (the complete opposite of what one would expect from rebonding), Dominic tried to make excuses for himself, saying that my hair was already week to begin with. Hi guys, if u are not particular in branded saloon, i recommend "paper, scissor, stone" @ Redhill MRT. Good quality service.....
