My wife and I enjoy ramen occasionally and tried to have our meal at this particular restaurant one afternoon, however we were sadly disappointed. Food Quality: The broth was passable, but a little too watery. Would have expected a shop that specializes in tonkatsu to pay more attention to creating their broth to have more flavour. The ramen itself lacked spring and felt liked it was either overcooked or cooked in too high a heat in order to rush orders. Service Quality: This is were they truly failed big time! The service of drinks after being seated took 15mins, the service for food took 50 mins. This was even with reminders being sent to the kitchen. Not to mention it was not a packed restaurant. To top things off, the service staff lacked any sense of service recovery as when reminded about the slow order 30 mins in, their first response was, "I didn't take your order right?" [Read more] |

Wanted to dine at this place but unfortunately, we waited for almost 10minutes before staff acknowledged our presence. Food was also a big disappointment
