I had a staycation recently at Amara Sanctuary Resort (Sentosa). The price was reasonable. About $280 plus per night for a deluxe room. The room is quite big with separate bath tub, and standing rain shower. Their toiletries are good too - the SPA type. The hotels will provide kacang and signature drinks to welcome you at the lobby. At certain hours, they will have ice cream too. The roof top pool is quite small. There is no baby pool, so I have to bring my baby to the jacuzzi pool. There was no pool towel or service staff at the pool area. The breakfast at their all day dinner restaurant - Shutters, was good. A lot of variety to choose from - Tim Sum, porridge, local delights (prata, nasi lemak), western dishes (waffle, wide bread and cheese selections). What I do not like is that they only have 2 service lifts and they have to do their lifts maintenance at the same time on a Saturday night. So, we have to walk up the stairs to our room. Nope. The free eggs are the normal hard boiled eggs.
