This chicken rice stall is one of the many that can be found in the Bedok Interchange Food Centre. It faces the side of the Bus interchange and is pretty near the OCBC Atm.
White & roasted chicken are served, along with chicken cutlet and also some other dishes.
Chicken rice is $2.50 / $3.00. The $3.00 version is served with the chicken separated from the rice, placed on a plate.
The $2.50 version is quite enough to fill, not the stingy amount.
Both the chicken & the rice are quite nice. Chilli sauce is rather spicy and they use the nice and thick dark soya sauce. I must also add that the soup that is served with the rice has a herbal taste and is always hot.
Living across the island from the Daily Scoop, its great that they have a free home delivery service every Tuesday, with $50 orders.
Have been ordering from them ever since.
My favourite flavour is the Lychee Martini & the Sunny Strawberry. The Lychee Martini is a mixture of lychee with creamy ice cream. Their ice cream is rather hard and not so sweet. Simply heavenly. $8.80 each tub. :)
This is where my dog gets groomed. The owners of the shop are friendly. The shop is clean and does not smell. My dog comes home happy all the time.

This coffee stall is a Must Try. I LOVE the teh-o (Tea w/o milk). Its So smooth. Its almost addictive. I notice that people who are seated rather far away will also patronise this stall. Have tried the Teh-o ($0.70), Iced-Teh-o ($0.80) and the coffee $0.80.
They are open till quite late in the night. The aunties @ the stall are also very friendly. :)
Choc A Bloc's prices have gone up for 2008. Their 800g cakes are $30. Too expensive for a little cake. Brownies (2 pieces) are $9!!
What's nice about their cakes is that its really moist, even after keeping it in the fridge for a few days. The richness and moisture is quite exceptional. Worth a try, but expensive to keep eating.
