This is my first visit and also my first review. The service from Visio Optical probably is one of the best that i have received as compared with other spectacle shops i have visited/made enquiries. I went to Visio Optical to repair my spectacle frame, the Italian staff is a frank and friendly person. i have asked quite a number of questions about the repair.He is polite and explained patiently on the details and cost on the repair for my spectacle frame, He provided good and prompt service in the repair; my spectacle frame is repaired and restored to a much better condition with his service and adjustments. I have made a new pair of spectacles with the company as a backup, he has offered his expertise and knowledge in the types of lens available, materials, features and price for me to decide.
