I wanted to order 150pax worth of BBQ food for my party, however, the sales staff (Eric) was so incredibly rude. Oh lord. Don't ever try communicating to them ever. They are incredibly rude and complacent. While their food is quite good, the service they give and the attitude is not worth it. I ended up canceling the whole order/quotation. Eric went like if you think there is another supplier that can give you better food, go ahead. What kind of attitude is that? The order was worth $4000 at least . I then searched for alternatives such as bbq factory who are really considerate and worth the money. [Read more] |
