have to say their ordering process for dining in sucks. they wouldn't let me order more than 3 donuts at the counter. so my wife had to queue at the takeaway counter to order 1 dozen donuts. once the drinks arrived we had to sit there and wait till the donuts arrived. boo... [Read more] |

after i posted here, i wrote a complaint to their singapore office. they told me that i could indeed order from the dine-in counter, and the counter staff gave me wrong info. hmm...
