Late delivery but eventually came and product is as described in the website. Website ordering platform was a little dated and interface not great. Customer service lines not very effective. Had trouble contacting anyone and finding out whether delivery had occurred or not. Also, order tracking on the website did not update to record delivery. Overall, I would probably try another competitor next time as I was unimpressed. Suggest to the owners that they improve their service. Also, prices are expensive. [Read more] |
