Hi, Need some help.....i joinjed true spa 4 months ago paying a bomb for a 30 month membership period at the OUB centre. Now for some reason the centre is shutting down but True Spa refuse to provide a refund citing that the contract says no terminantion plus that i had applied to use any of their centres not the specific one at OUB. I don't think its fair coz the only reason i joined OUB coz of its proximity and when one is offered the use of multiple gyms, one will always say yes as a one off use but that cannot tie you up to the same for the 30 month membership. Is it possible to take them to the consumer courts and get a refund. [Read more] |
