Very disappointed with Baleno. They refused to let me exchanged T-shirts even I have a receipt which shows proof of purchase. The t shirts are New and have not been used . I don't see why they cannot keep their customers happy . I bought 2 kid's T-shirts and when I came back to USA , I found out that the t shirts were able to repel mosquitoes. ( I didn't realize when I bought them ) I don't feel comfortable about it, so I asked my relative to help to exchange for other T-shirts . But Baleno refused to accept it . This is extremely disappointing . ( as I bought these T-shirts as a gift for a good friend's grand kid ) In the States , this kind of arrogant and poor service will not be acceptable.
