I live at Dover and used to be a regular at Uno Beef. Initially when they first started out, the quality and price of the beef was good and value for money. Subsequently, the quality just went down. If I recalled, the price of steak went up from $8 to the current $11 for a ribeye in probably less than a year. I wouldn't have minded the increase in price if the quality stayed the same. The last couple of times I ordered steak, the meat came out tough and rubbery (i ordered medium) and it wasn't even piping hot unlike previously (which makes me wonder if it was pre-cooked and heated up since i was packing it back and wasn't eating it there). Worse, there was once when I ordered the fried chicken and ended up in the toilet the whole night with a very bad stomach. No way am I going back - won't even recommend it to my friends.
