Agneselle has recently launched their exclusive luxe label apparel, specially designed by the pretty owners Pei Ling and Agnes. Expect lotsa tasteful and sophisticated styles, with a good mix of tops and dresses, suitable for all ladies out there who prefer their fashion to be feminine and effortlessly classic.
Online blogstore that sells fashion for ladies are ubiquitous, but this is one that sells both accessories and apparels, and advises on how you could possibly match them for the best aesthetic effect.
Their offerings are quite varied, appealing to ladies with different styles and preferences. Prices are kept pretty low too, and very reasonable. The blog owner is a friendly and enthusiastic young lady who will be most happy to answer to queries and doubts. One blog store to subscribe to and support!
books actually is now relocated to ann siang hill, and is occupying the shop-front of wad used to be the boutique called front row. front row has reduced its shop space after doing away with its selling of misc items, and now focuses only on retailing their designer apparels on the 2nd floor of the shophouse.
i like the quaint and old school feel in books actually. with the many old typewriters decorating its shelves, and the familiar woodish smell of paper, i just feel so good upon entering the shop. even if im not looking for any books in particular, it is always interesting to browse arnd and check out their numerous quirky stuffs.
suntec is HUGE. used to think so when i was younger, (maybe cos i was tinier then) cos it's simply sucha looong walk from one end to another! to top things off certain sections are not connected on the ground level so u have to go up and down to get to the different parts of the mall.
with the recent revamp at the front section of the mall, it is now bigger than ever. i think suntec boasts a nice variety of shops, and houses aplenty good food for you to satisfy ur hunger after the shopping spree.
something worth checking out is the newly opened maui waui (spelled sth like that), which is basically a hawaiian cafe. it is located near the entrance leading from the underpass.
i think departmental stores like tangs often get misconceived to be very "auntie-ish" or "taitai-ish". imho, tangs is actually quite different from robinsons and metro etc, and in fact offer quite an exciting range of stuffs suitable even for youths!
the vivo branch may not boast as many collections as its orchard counterpart, but i particularly like how it feels spacious and languid, especially on weekday afternoons. it is definitely a place where i can shop around leisurely without suffering from crowds.
eemlsaid: tangs i think is more popular for the household dept.... esp thebranch in orchard... always loads of ppl there during wkends 26 Jul 2008 at 9:31 am
