I only come to this outlet because it has Fish Spa. And when I first went, I thought the ponds look like jelly as there are so many fish in the ponds, almost stationery.
When we put our legs into the pond, the fish will slowly come over to nimble. They have some pretty big fish also.
Compared to Qian Hu, the price here is almost triple ($28 GST) for 30 mins. But I think the fish are also working triple hard. I went on weekend, where the pond is almost full of people (and fish also!!). So I am not sure if there will be lesser people on weekdays (but same amount of fish??) such that we get "entertained" by more fish for the same price.
I went twice across 3 weeks, but don't feel a "very smooth" effect as claimed by a lot of others online.

I went to the fish spa on a weekend (no car, so only can wait till weekend to take their free bus) and the place was quite packed with families. The kids were paying for Longkang Fishing and the couples were paying for the Fish Spa.
For the fish spa, although it is quite cheap compared to Kenko at The Singapore Flyer, there are just not enough fish to share. The pools are so big and yet the fish are so relatively little.
Even though Qian Hu have 1 pool that says "bigger fish, bigger sensation", the fish in this pool is still too little and simply "too arrogant". They keep changing location (as they swim around in 1 big pack) and a lot of time, my feet are being bored to death without their "kissing".
The shop is not easy to find. It is hiding in a side alley with other stores, on the same level as the NTUC Fairprice.
I haven't tried the Chatterbox chicken rice before, so no way of telling if this is a cheap-but-same-taste version of the hotel's chicken rice. But I must say it does taste different from what we eat outside, which I think is because they put some sort of garlic/ginger light gravy (but not those strong garlic/ginger taste) over the chicken.
The price is only about Foodcourt price, so if you are there for movie (Cathay upstairs) and do not want to go to one of the many cafes or go to the foodcourt at the old section, this is an ok choice.
Except that the person taking our order and payment was very persistant in us getting a half-chicken with rice instead of ordering 3 individual chicken sets. He's rather arrogant to the extent that he even commented "it's got no difference to me, just that you have to pay more" in chinese.
The cinema is a bit hard to look for, given that it is at the new section of Downtown East. From Pasir Ris interchange, there are a lot of buses which stopped at the first bus stop from the interchange, but if you go into the buildings from the first bus stop, you will find yourself lost, as the side entrance goes to the old section of Downtown East.
And the design of the ticket office is quite bad. We were using the UOB credit card where we are entitled to a few popcorn for every pair of tickets purchased. So although we bought the tickets earlier, we decide to pick up the popcorn (and buy drinks) just before the movie starts. But the whole ticket office cum pop corn store is packed. It is also very confusing as some of the counters allow both pop corn and movie tickets purchase and some of the counters are for one only.
Wouldn't recommend this outlet, unless you are trying to save and is using UOB credit card.
For a hair salon chain like Jean Yip, I thought they would be pretty arrogant. But, it turn out not. The sales person who served in this outlet, though very confident about the effect of their treatments and products, is not pushy like some of the beauty or massage salon that I went to.
Not sure how the treatment itself can be rated, since I have not tried out other hair salons for hair spa. But I just thought the effect of the hair spa here, is average, since it does not seems to have a total-eliminating effect on dandruff.
