I was really happy and surprised yet frustrated. Happy to know I'm not the only one suffering from my stupid action (signing up). Frustrated and at the service true spa supplied. I had read the reviews and dont think I need to express mine as its all simliar. 1st booking is hell. Subsequent booking is worse. Service so bad that even a HDB flat kind of spa give better service than them. They are in TAKA, "TRUE" spa..... For whatever god sake.. Giving up trying to get my refund. No point going to CASE. One important word of advise to all..... DO NOT BE CHEATED AND SIGN UP ANY PACKAGE IN TRUE SPA. [Read more] |
