Yesterday i went to m1 shop to upgrade my handphone .
The staff in the customer service greeted us with a wide smile as soon as we stepped into the shop.
So he asked us some question and issue us a queue number.
The waititng time is very short even though is Sunday .
We only waited for 5 minutes !
When our number was called the person still stand up and called out the number , which i think this is a very good service.
Imagine their long working hours, this is how damage to the throat !
NOnetheless, even though at that time it was 8 pm and over ...the staff seem to has hide her tireness well ! Because i didn't feel that she was tired at all ...
Aboveall, she had a nice chat with my parents , i mean like ddiscussing the features to my mum , the function the new phone has and etc.
Her service attitude is very excellence , that all i can say ! : )

AH !!! that shop !! I went there for a few times too ! first time ,i came to know this shop is through my father he packet the Yam cake for me and it taste deliciously ~!
Another time , i went there was with my friends , and we order different kinds of dessert. i order the yuan2 yang2 !
While my friends - walnut, the mango sango and the milk ( forgot the name but know that the milk is nice )
other than dessert , i also order Yam cake and chesnut jelly !

Hi smudger , ya i agree with you don't bother to go to Meidi-Ya Supermarket if one is planning for save cost grocery . Because one apple can cost you 6 dollar and more, and one watermelon which is even worst , can go up to hundreds !
However, i was surrounded by Japanese culture once i stepped into the Supermarket.
Other than Supermarket, there are other shops like bakery shop, ice-crea stall, and shop that sold Ramen ! : )
So when you are hungry , you can stop at these shops to fill up your stomach !
For the grocery, all the things it sold is FRESH and definitely good Quality. So if you are one that want Fresh vegetable, fresh meat, and fresh fruits... breads....etc.
stack your wallet up with loads of money, and go down to Meidi-ya supermarket which is in the basement of Liang-court ( near Clark quay )

wow ... never thought that it have already two comments since the staff told us that the shop is only two months old !!!
We discover this place by chance as we were just window shopping in Raffles place !
So the boss ( i didn't even realise his is the boss until we asked )is standing outside the shop and welcome us with a warm greeting of japanese, KOBANWA ! :)
We browse through the menu and i was attracted to the curry rice !!! But we just eaten some foods so we decided to walk few more rounds first before we decided whether to try the food or not.
OK, in the end we walked in !!! haha ...which is why i can make the review :D
I ordered the CURRY RICE !!! $10.80 and a sesame as dessert $4
While my friend ordered a salmon creamy omu rice $12.80 and a honey toast bread with ice-cream for her dessert.
Well, all is nice just that i would prefer more for my friend salmon omu rice !!! Especially the sauce ...
Oya , almost forget to mention that the rice set also come with salad ! SEE so good
To sum up, i will go back and try for more meals ^ ^

We ordered couples' fondue !
They had the chocolate in the middle with three plates that surrounds the chocolate...
first plates is ice-cream ; we can have 5 scoops so we ordered
cookies & cream/ rum rasin/ strawberry/ vanilla bean / mint chip
second plate : cookies/ marshmallow / peanuts bits
third plate ( fruits) : kiwi / strawberry ...

WAS being persuaded by my friend to go to Hong kong cafe for a meal .
Ok , so my friend and i went there for dinner, the price wise is reasonable. And the portion is quite big :D ! that's a good thing !
SO what surprised is how they served their drink in metal mug ! haha. It's kind of unglam to be served in the cafe as you see the environment is so comfortable ... However, it goes well since the restaurant call HONG KONG CAFE ! HAHA
For the service !!! ICHIBAN ! their staffs is friendly and really respone well to our requirements . Thumb up !
Well overall, the food is nice , service is nice, and atmosphere is nice ! Especially they played my favourite songs from S.H.E !!! WOW !!!

I have make an reservation with hotpot cuulture after reviewing the webpage and recommendation from yebber .
However, to my disappoint as what Pharque had said the food is not as delicious as it is .
On sunday morning i went there with my friend for porridge buffet. And all of us were baffled , as all the food is like SO CHEAP ! i mean the cost to make the food. EXAMPLES : SALTED EGG , SALTED VEGETABLE , HOTDOG IN sweet and sour sauce, The meats only have the three-layer meat , fried duck's meat, fried fish ( TO be frank : All the meat taste below than average , i can get a better one at coffee shop !
END UP , all our mood were destroyed ! ( we were holding a birthday celebration for one of my friends.
SO FOR THE MONEY MaTTER , although you will think it will be worth it .
but i can tell u , it IS NOT WORTH IT ATLL .

From far you will be able to smell the strong pan fried smell from Pepper lunch restaurant .
Thanks to the voucher that Temasek poly gave ( open house ) My friends and i decided to go to the nearby pepper lunch at AMK and have our lunch.
In the first place, all of us were in a confused state as we don't know what to choose !
SO we spent about 15 minutes before we had our orders,as we went ahead the counter we saw a big signboard that state " a set meal of 4 for $20 " WE were thinking - if we have known it earlier we won't be wasting our time and had our stomach churning loudly!!!
But sad enough, the meal consist of one beef pepper rice , one salmon rice , two soft drink , two salad and two ice-cream ! BUT NONE of us eat BEEF so we asked them if we can change to other meat. Disappointed , the staff told us that the meal is fix and cannot not change .
In the end, we took the meal as it is still worth it compare to individual order.
The salmon is still ok , not that fresh, while for the beef pepper lunch my friends comment that it is not as nice as what she though .
However , their concept is definately is creative !

Didn't expect to have review on Yes 933 ! Because this FM is soooooooooo good ! Well the same goes for the rest :)
I have been listening to 933 FM since i love S.H.E ( a pop band ) as it always provides the lastest chinese songs, interviews from famous bands, singers, and more.
Furthemore, their stories is also fansinating!
Well i could only say, Yes 933 is too good for Words ! : D

I enjoyed AMK cathay cineplex a lot since it opened.
Hence, i always meet my friends there for movies even though we have one cinema threater near our house .
What made me disappointed is their services, to be more details i will provide you the story below.
On one occasion which i am very late for the movie due to traffic jam, so my friends have went in to the hall first to watch the movie and they left my ticket on the counter.
I was told by my friends that as long as i told the counter staff my name, i will be able to go in . However, when i arrived at the counter whereby i had already late for half an hour , i was alarmed to find that there was no one situated at there . So i went over to the counter where they sells tibits. I kindly wait for the staff to serve finish his customers and went over to tell him about my matter.
Instead of assisting me , he just called out the name of the person-in-charge.I waited for 1 minute and no one came out to help me so i approved the staff again .
Seeing that i am so rushed , he went to the counter and look for my tickets within a few second he found the ticket as the ticket was clip onto a transparence folder.
As soon as i saw my ticket, i told him my name . By right he should be giving me ,however , he still double confirm with me by asking me to spell out my name !!!( PISSED ME )
SO IN THE END , I only watch the movie for about one hour ( duration for movie is 1 hour and 45 minutes )
Through this incident , i hoped all the workers who worked in service sector especially customer service, can learn to be MORE FLEXIBLE !!!
