Unlike other Japanese restaurants that I have gone to, Himawari is unique. The food is very fresh and very cost effective. Those who knows and who like me were introduced there will go straight for the ala-cart buffet, never miss the shabu shabu. Our "kakis" like the Neil Road which is quieter than the SAFRA main branch, probably because it is not so publicised at the moment. Their upstairs private function is really cozy where we held parties. The AV equipment with karaoke songs, coupled with the food and dedicated Japanese chef had always impressed our local and overseas guest. The small URA coupon parking carpark and the roadside parking lots are usually full. We were told to park at the Craig Place multi-storey carpark along Craig Road, 100m away. [Read more] |
