Even though I have been to this restaurant at least half a dozen times, the Thomson Road branch was the worst experience ever! The food is not bad but don’t expect any good service from them, the staffs are poorly trained. When the waitress brought the food out, she carelessly spilled the food on me. Although it was an accident, she was not apologetic at all! The first reaction from her was to clean up her own attire! The manager offered soda water to remove the stain but apparently it is not useful. The overall experience was very terrible, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, definitely not the one at Thomson Road. [Read more] |
