Find the store a bit cramped and stuff for rabbits rather limited. However the staff are friendly and helpful. Would like to see more good quality water bottles for rabbits on sale there though. They keep selling those brands that leak! I bought 2 from there and both leaked. :(
I like it there as it has 3 different pools (the baby pool, the half-body length pool and so forth). Also the toilets are clean. The pools are well-kept as well and during my visits there I never spot any litter on the floor.
I returned 1 sick baby bunny (it was suffering from GI Stasis and was not eating) to them and the one they replaced for me died after a week (she had an abscess). As I was a first time rabbit-owner, I didn't know that the rabbits on sale there were in fact underage. Under AVA rules, rabbits must be at least 2.5 months old before they can be weaned off from their mothers. I was told by 2 vets (for the 2 different rabbits) that both rabbits were about 4 weeks old only! This happened in May 2007.
Wood shavings are bad for the rabbits and they used it in their display tanks.
Their knowledge of rabbit care is very limited. I found them to be more interested in my money than the welfare of the pets on sale there.
Certainly would not recommend anyone buying any small animals from there.

My pet bunny, Chips, had an abscess on her hind leg and she was shivering badly so I took her to the hospital. My rabbit was given some painkillers and I was told by them that there was a high risk of her dying as she was still so young, 1 month plus only. She lasted for about a week and then she passed away. The lady vet was certainly very friendly and nice but well, that was my only visit to the hospital so I have no idea if the vets there are good or not.
Very good service I must say. My friend took her 2 rabbits over for grooming at the shop while I shopped for a water bottle and treats for my pets. The sales assistants there are very friendly and helpful. One of them even allowed me to fill a few water bottles with water just to test if it dripped or not. Even recommended me healthy snacks for my rabbits. Although the customer service is good, I find that their prices for timothy hay, Oxbow pellets and bedding are a bit steep. I only buy my treats , cages and accessories from Pet Lovers.
