Yes, should have read all of your review before I sign up the package with them. What a mistake I have made !! I sign up since last year Dec but till now still not able to finish as mine is just a 18 times massage *** hydrobath service. The booking is always full and phone line is either engage tone or just ringing tone but nobody answer. My working time is office hours and yet they are always fully booked for weekday after work and weekends :( I wonder should I take a halfday off just to go for their spa service. Doing Spa suppose to relax our mind and body but have too much frustration and anger eversince I sign up with them. I wonder what we "victims" can do ??!! There are alot more of other Spa centre in Singapore which I think should be of better service of them. Just hope I can finally finish the package soon !! Getting an appointment is like striking 4D. At least yours is only 18 times. I still got at least 3K worth of massage with them.
