Sign up for the $188 package with JPB and suppose to come with 2 replacement and MUST NOT terminate contract before 7 months or need to top-up $210. Wanted to get a replacement maid but couldn't get a replacement maid after waiting for 7 weeks. Reasons told to us: Indonesian embassy changing passport system as such there will be an indefinite delay. So, we were told to choose either Indian or Filipino. We compromised by choosing Indian national but once again, we face passport problems. When asked if any transfer maid, more often then not, NOT SUITABLE OR NOT AVAILABLE. Was told they provide in-house counselling and employer need only to pay for transport fee ($20 or $30) but as usual, SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE when problems occurred. Nation is not any better. I went to Nation quite some yrs ago. They charged much higher so I expected their maid was better trained. But the fact was not and their after-sales service was poor.
