This outlet is very small with not many seats. I have not eaten in there for more then 2times in 5years, everytime Im there, it's crowded and there are people queuing. I dont like to queue when Im hungry or while eating, people standing besides you eyeing your seats, not comfortable.
Mosburger's terayaki chicken burger is my favourite, think this is the only fast food restuarant serves the whole piece of meat, alot of others serve minced meat. I like the sauce and the lettuce that are crispy, a perfect match.
I been to this outlet just 1time, it's much bigger then the one in centrepoint.

The foot reflex is still good but due to alot of foreigners coming in, the therapist trying to strike a conversation resulting in a noisy enviornment and i could see some of them just want to shut their eyes to rest but got to reply when the therapist askes them questions like : where you stay?? how long in singapore??
I am one who just want to shut my eyes and enjoy my massage.
This outlet is located just outside the food court, the door is wide open type, it's very noisy during peak hours or rather anytime of the day, it's noisy.
I am a regular with this outlet, most of their therapist are blind or partial blind.
Norm I will just pop in after walking down from Orchard, Ngee ann city to centrepoint, take it as a rest stop at the same time, it's good to do foot reflex. It's not too expensive but of cuz there are much cheaper one down the road. I am ok with the cost.
Depanding on the available therapist, buy most of them are good. You just have to tell them to go softer if you find it too painful. But I love the painful type.
Be it out of sympathy or really their massage is good is up to individual. I go coz i find their massage is good and the price is reasonable compare to certain Big Names.
They have alot of foreigners regulars and walk-in too. May, the front desk lady is a nice lady, she still remember me even after a few months of disappearance to appear infront of her again.
Give them a chance if the next time u want a foot reflex.

Puala, she did my 1st rebonding since then Im always looking for her, thou I see her only 1 or 2x a year, she'll still remb me. She's a very nice lady. But except for her, the other staff are always changing.
Puala will do her best to just serving you from start to end, unless in-between the waiting time (perm or rebond), she might do walk-in fast cut.
I had once went for a trim when Puala is on leave, I thought, just trim shouldn't be a problem but end up is a super big problem. I have waist length after the trim is shoulder length, i m boiling hot right away. When Puala saw me the next day at KF, she's shocked to see my shoulder length hair and I told her about it. She went back to question her girl but that girl insist I say cut, but knowing me for so long, Puala know I will never cut till shoulder length.
Nvm, it's over. I'll just go to Puala from now onwards, she's off I'll wait.
Professionalism is in individual. A big name might have satisfactory and non-satisfactory customers depending on the individual service staff. I strongly agree with this phrase
I moved in 5years already and have never serviced my aircon at all.
As my masterroom's unit start to make noise, I ring their service centre for appointment. I was given the rates and was told that their services guys will come to my place and see what type of services required.
My appointment was fixed within 2days from calling. When the 2guys came, one of them I think is more superior, checked all my 4units and tell me to service only 2, masterroom and living hall as the other 2 are still very new and clean.
I am taken aback really to hear that, I thought he will just tell me they will service all. I am very pleased and impressed by his professionalism.
As aircon are charged by per unit, so instead of paying for 4units as I expected, I pay only 2 which are really in need of servicing.
Their charges slightly higher then others but after one time with them, I will still go back to them.
Dont think too many others have professionalism like them.
