I Bought a coupon for 2 at this spa during one of their roadshow in IMM which includes, scrub, massage, flower bath for just $98.
I booked a couple's room on the day of booking. When we reached there, we were lead to a very cosy and romantic room with 2beds, a big tub and shower all in the room.
We were left to undress and have a quick shower before the 2 therapists came in. We were given a clean scrub then a quick shower again and have our heavenly massage done for 60mins. After which, we have a 20mins in the big tub filled with flowers petals.
We have a great time in the nice room and feel good afterwhich but when we were done and at the lobby, yes, you are right, the hardsell again.
We were given alist of packages the cheapest still at a 4figure. After 15minutes, we still insist we are trying out their services, no intention to buy packages. Thou she's not very happy but still smile and let us go.
A Very nice environment if you want to try out as they always have promotion for 1st timers or Aussino card members but bear in mind the hardselling before you can leave the place.
This outlet is very crowded at all times these days and their service is very slow from taking orders to serving to even paying bills.
I have been there 3x, unsatisfactory still. Having to go there cause my gf are working nearby. During lunch hours, it's super packed with people, the food take longer then usual to arrive, when asked for water, got to remind 2times before the ice water comes to us. One thing about the coffee, when Im there the 1st 2times, it's just warm not hot coffee by the time I finished my cake, it's already turn cold.
The last and final time Im there, was just last month and I tell my gf not to eat there anymore. Still it's slow service, no ice water but this time, the coffee is HOT.
Their price is x compared to other eating places for the similiar food. I decide to go somewhere else to try then going back to this outlet.
Think it's just this outlet that's having such failing rating, not all Bakerzin's outlet.
This outlet have areas for eat in. It's just outside the skytrain which is very convenient and easy to access.
The pastry and 'lau po biscuit' is good. The atmosphere is comfortable and clean thou it's abit crowded if there is a crowd buying as the seats are line just beside the stands of pastry and bread. The price of some breads are slightly higher but once in a while to have good pastry with a cup of tea/coffee is enjoyment same as having high tea at hotels.
It might be abit noisy too, when the skytrain reach T2 and people start to walk towards talking loudly and kids running around the area.
If you enjoy looking at people and dont wish to be in a mall or outside in the sun, I quite recommend a afternoon tea here.

I and my friend went there for desserts, which I specially plan for, we walk in and got a seat. I walk up to the cake counter and asked for a cake with a candle. My friend was v embrassed when the waiter lit up the candle and brought the cake all the way from the counter to our table, everyone's looking at our direction.
While we were enjoying our cake, another cake served to our table, we explain we didnt order it. Guess what, it's on the house for the birthday Guy. 'wow'''''.... this is the ever 1st time we got such a great service. I mean it's not the FREE cake that matters, it's the service and thought that really matters.
We done with our 2cakes and left the outlet, thanking them for their service and sweet gesture. We went back there several times for drinks before it shut down.
I must applaud the manager on duty that nite, your gesture makes your outlet standout. Where-ever you are now, keep up your good customer service and once again. Thank you very much for that nite, we really enjoy the cake and untill today, we were still talking about your good gesture.
This is a new outlet added to SUkigroup just less then 1year. It's much cheaper then other japanese restaurant and the queue is really long.
When I 1st try, the food was still ok thou the waiting time abit too long, almost 20mins when you order from the menu. Even the tofu need 20mins wait, as it was dinner time so I take it as busy.
Went there for the 2nd time after lunch hour around 230pm, in the whole restaurant, only around 5tables with customers. Yet my order take 20-30mins to serve. I dont know why it's not peak hours, they still take so long to do the dish. Unlike other restaurant, the most is a 10mins wait.
The 3rd time and last time I went there, again it's dinner time. Order from menu as usual, take 20-30mins to come, by then I have already eaten more then 8plates from the sushi belt and already full.
Everytime I complain about the long wait norm I will wait for 10 to 15mins before I sound out to them. I received no apologies, no expression except, ' I go check' and when they come back to me it's still the same phrase 'still doing'..
The food is not fantastic thou it's cheaper then other restaurants but the waiting time for food is really a disappointment.
But why still long queue esp dinnertime, coz there's no other eatery in punggol except Koufu, Kopitiam.
