Went to E! Hub with my close colleauges, not knowing where to have our dinner. We decied to choose New York New York.
We order a lots of stuff to be share with among 6 ladies. 2 soup, 4 main course, 1 free starter and 2 desserts.
2 Roasted Mushroom Cappucciino ($5.90 per bowl)
Cream of roasted mushrooms with flothed milk and topped with a sprinkle of coco powder. The soup is actually quite special to me. Not too bad. I love mushroom soup but it will be good if there is more mushroom inside.
1 Hawaii Teriyaki Chicken Chop ($13.90)
The prefect combination of topical pineapple and delious teriyaki sauce on grilled chicken thigh. It comes with lots of geens and wedges. The chicken is tender and goes well with the teriyaki sauce but I feel the chicken need to marinate more that will be nice.
2 Brats Wrapped in Bacon and Cheese ($12.90 per plate)
Bratwurst sausges wrapped with bacon and cheese. It comes with lots of greens and french fries. It taste sausges taste sweet, can taste that they have put honey on top of it. The dish is not bad.
1 Jiggy Piggy ($12.90)
Pork Chops come with lots of greens and wedges. The pork chop is not tender. It will be good if it soft and tender. As for the greens and wegdes is good.
1 Waffles with chocolate and ice-cream ($7.90)
The waffles is crispy on the outside and soft in the inside and it hot. It goes well with the chocolate ice-cream.
1 Mudpie with Chocolate ice-cream ($7.90)
Lots of hot chocolate fudge over a chocolate pie. The chocolate fudge is too sweet for me. The pie doesn't taste good to us. I don't recommend it.
We got a free basket of wedges as we spent above $30 by using DBS credit card.
The service was not bad. Btw the candy floss is free flow, you can help yourself with it.

I love to eat breads, especially bread from four leaves then the rest of the bakery as has lot of different kind of flavours bread. When Four Leaves has come out an idea of making confectionery into mini items, I feel it a great idea as I get to try different type of item in small bites.
Any 1 mini items - $0.65, any 3 mini items - $1.80 & any 5 mini items - $2.80.
I brought 5 mini items and 1 fruity cheeze bun.

Lemon custard with peach, Chocolate twist, Chocolate Dainsh. Not too sure what are the rest of the bun names.
I like the chocolate danish as the chocolate is actually thick. The buns were actually soft and nice.

The bun was filled with lots of canberry and in the middle of the bun there is lots of cheese. The texture of the bun is soft. It really nice and it one of my favourite.
On the way to T1 fetch my dad, My BF and I decided to have dinner at Popeyes chicken as I have craving for it. It my second visit, the first visit were good impression.
We order a set meal as it actually look cheaper.
1 Set Meal
Yup, the set meal actually come with 2 ice lemon teas, 4 pieces of chicken, 2 pieces of Biscuits, 1 packet of french fries, 1 Mashed potato and 1 colesaw.
We got chicken ribs, drumsticks and chicken wing. The chicken were hot, crispy, juciy and tender. It really very good. The french were hot and crispy. A bit of pepper taste.
For the mashes potato is hot, soomth and creamy. It a bit spicy as there is pepper. As for the coleslaw, it has cabbages, carrots and onions. There is one of vegetables inside which I really not sure what it is. But overall it still not bad. Last but not least it is the biscuits, at first I though is bread but it not. The biscuits were crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. Can taste it made of butter and flour. It goes well with jams too.
It really taste yummy! Better then KFC. As for serivce I think they really need to improve.

I personally don't like to drink coffee but even since I try coffee bean drinks I began to like it. My BF and I order 1 drink and 1 dessert.
1 Ultimate Mocha ($7.20)
Coffee Beans, Mocha with rich milk together blend with ice. . Every sip that you take you can actually taste the the grind beans. It not too sweet. I really like it alot. Thanks to my brother who has actually introduce this drink to me. It really a rich tasting ice blended coffee drink.
1 Blueberry Cheesecake ($5.60)
Thick layer of the blueberry on top of the cheesecake. Creamy cheese in the middle of the cake. The based of the cheesecake were crunchy. I feel that the cheesecake were just nice. It creamy and not too sweet. I love the cheesecake.
It my mother's birthday, my brothers and I, 3 of us decided to buy a cake for our mother. After making a few choice, we decided to choose swensen ice-cream cake.
1 Blackforest cake ($40.00 per Kg)
A thin layer of sponge cake at the bottom. Inside is the sticky chewy chocolate ice-cream. There is a layer of berries jam on top of the chocolate ice-cream follow by a thin layer of sponge cake on top with fresh cream. A layer of chocolate fudge around the cake. With some chocolate chips and berries for decoration.
I'm not too sure what berries they are using but it sweet and cold. The sticky chewy chocolate ice-cream was good. The chocolate is not too sweet or bitter. It just nice for all of us. Actually I don't really like to eat sponge cake but because swensen ice-cream cake sponge cake is in very thin layer. It good for me.
Overall the cake is not too bad. But, there is still other cakes which I feel good.
Having a farwell today for 2 of my close colleauges. Another 6 of us decided to order a cake for giving them farewell. 1 of my colleauge has order a cake from Prima Deli.
1 Mango Delight ($39.80 per Kg)
Classic concoction of fresh diced mangoes with mango fresh cream in vanilla sponge.
Bottom layer of sponge cake with fresh cream and diced mangoes, another layer of sponge cake and fresh cream with diced mangoes. Fresh mango slices on top of the cake and strawberries too. A layer of jelly coated around the cake.
The mango were sweet and nice, strawberry is big, a bit sour but it still taste sweet. The sponge cake is a bit dry but overall all of my colleagues agree that the cake is nice.
There is charges of $8 for delivery the cake to our office. But, there is 10% discount too.
I find that the shoes in this shop are really better looking than average. There are many different styles - sweet, cool, elegant etc.
I believe they are of good quality. The designs are quite exquisite.
Most of all, there are many flats in this shop. =D
Since I'm quite tall and can't wear heels much, I'm happy to see many flats here.
Don't be mistaken, there are many heels here too. And they look beautiful!! How I wish I can wear them...aahh...
Just some time ago, my colleague and I went to that shop and saw shoes that we liked. But our sizes were sold out. The shop owner checked with the other branches and found our sizes available. She asked if we would like to collect the shoes from the other branches, or have them transferred here. Well we had them transferred, and the shop owner called us up when the shoes were here. She'd reserve the shoes for us till the next evening.
It was not compulsory for us to buy even when transferred. If we were not satisfied with the shoes, we didn't have to buy them.
Anyway my colleague and I were both satisfied. So there! Our new shoes in the photos I have attached =D
My blue flats cost $49.90.
My colleague's white shoes with slight heels cost $59.90.
Wearing them made our feet slightly painful, but bearable. Guess they will be "seasoned" soon.
The one thing I don't like about this shop is that the prices are not cheap.
This is one of my favorite online store! I like American Eagles stuff alot, and the first time I bought clothes from there was when I in Boston, USA. After that I fell in love with their clothes. I find that their cuttings suit me alot, the material quality is good, and the clothes very wearable (as in won't really go out of trend). Singapore doesn't have AE... =( So I have to go to their online store. I have already bought from the online store twice.
The tank tops are not too plain and not too exaggerating. I like their lace trim tanks, which have adjustable straps, lace trim on neck and hem, and have hidden shelf bra too. I specially like their embroidered eagle logo lo!
I also bought their Aerie T-shirts, which are fitting and comfortable, and don't make me feel warm too.
Based on the USD exchange rate now, I find the prices quite reasonable.
I have never tried their shipping so I can't comment on it. I guess it's not cheap anyway.
Well I have a friend staying in Boston, thus after ordering the clothes online to her address, I'd get her to mail the stuff to me, or get her parents to bring back for me when they go visit her =P
My new clothes will be arriving on 3rd July! I'd upload the photos by then!

After much recommendation and hooha on TV over this HotPot Culture, I chose this place to be where I'll be treated for dinner as bday gift from mom while not burning her pocket.
I was so looking forward to it over the whole week and finally I got to eat it just now.
The lady was so polite at the reservation's I was so sure that it is going to be a wonderful experience.
I sat down excitedly and was happy with the service. I impatiently ordered for herbal broth though it wasn't highly recommended.
My sister took the Chicken one which was highly recommended.
When the soup came, I happily went to the uncooked food spread to get stuff.
Variety wise, I loved how fragrant the sesame oil was and the shallots were crisp! I have never really seen so much variety of veg, and also those yong tao hu stuff. There were also dried pork skin. Fish, chicken fillet and pork liver!
I dumped everything into the soup and the soup was really nice! However, to my disgust, the dried pork skin had an awful oil smell, the veg was alright, the yongtauhu stuff was average. At that point of time, I wished there were individual teppans.
The fumes kept tearing my eyes I don't know what to do, but no choice.
So we ordered the food.
I ordered some fish that was rather spicy, assam prawns, bacon prawns, minced pork with mushroom, pork, shitake, etc.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fish was so unfresh it was so unexpected that those on the uncooked buffet spread was better, and probably the heavy chili was there to mask it,
Assam prawns had the same theory. Prawns were unfresh too. Bacon was over fried the bacon was fullatoomuch oil, and shranked really bad. Prawns are the same batch of stale prawns.
Minced pork with mushroom was....SOUR??!!!
Shitake was best.
Fried rice was rather oily but otherwise fragrant, so i ate that whole night, and with the soup....
The night was half saved by the chocolate fondue. The chocolate was really just right I won't get sick of it. However, the bananas, honeydew and strawberries were SOUR. but watermelon was juicy.
DID I SAY HOW GREAT THE BANANA CAKE WAS? especially with the chocolate????!
but by that time the chocolate was rather burnt. When I put out the flame, it hardened, if i put it back on, it gets burnt.....argh.
The ice cream were so bad that it literally fell apart. it did not even stick together....i wonder if u understand what I am talking about lol.
ANYWAY, did anyone mention over here that the drinks are at restaurant rates, and the plain water is 50cents per glass????

Looking at the menu, I order a 1 Frappuccino Beverages & 1 Desset.
1 Frappuccino Blended Cream Vanilla ($5.50)
A creamy treat of vanilla blended with ice, topped with whipped cream. The drink were good, it very creamy and milky. It taste just nice as it not too sweet.
1 Warm Chocolate Cake ($6.30)
Looking at the chocolate it really make me feel hungry again. The chocolate cake were serve warm with some chocolate syrup. When we open the cake the chocolate didn't melt at all at all, a bit disappointed. First bite of the cake, the chocolate were not too sweet is bitter. Overall it still not that bad.
