Have been to this outlet twice & I love the staff there. They're so friendly & provide really good service.

I remembered my group of friends & I were the last to leave the last time I went. We went crazy with all the forfeits & the staff were laughing at us from behind the counter. We even get them to join in the fun & they did!

They've got quite yummy finger food too. E.g. Chicken wings, their party platter is good too.

However, it can get really crowded. So, do call & reserve a place before going down. :)

Visited Timbre once & I found the service is really bad. The servers or waiters/waitresses are really terrible. They're slow in responding to customers with hands shot up high in the air trying so hard to get their attention.

I'm quite put off by their service. But well, maybe it's due to the fact that it's a Friday evening.

I must agree with Pharque that the pizzas there are yummy especially the Mushroom Thin Crust. I love it. The chicken wings are pretty decent too.

Did my 3rd rebonding there (my 1st 2 rebonding were done elsewhere) & I love how meticulous the stylist (Jeremy) was. He really spent alot of time & effort on my hair.

I love what Jeremy did to my hair & the cut he gave to me was pretty good too.

I've been asking for Jeremy whenever I book for my hair appointments, be it rebonding or just a hair trim. I must say his service is top notch. He's really gentle & meticulous toward my hair.

I tried out Winnie (another stylist) recently when I went for my hair trim. I love the hair cut she gave me. :)

Maison Hairmake constantly has hair promotions, so do call & check what ongoing promotions they have before booking an appointment. Their prices before promotions are pretty reasonable too. :)

Please book an appointment before paying them a visit because if you were to go without a booking, the waiting time would be really long because their business is really good.

This is a good place for chillin' out after work or with friends (for those not working). The live band there is pretty good & the sofas are comfortable. However, it can get quite humid.

Love the chicken wings there. Yummy.

Basically, this online store (which brick & mortar store is also available in the States) is one of my favourites.

I can shop for my boyfriend & myself at the same time. Love their clothes & they're usually of pretty good quality apart from some exceptions.

I love their jeans & it has replaced my loving for Levi's. AE jeans are cheaper than Levi's & they fit really well. Thus, I only swear by AE jeans now.

Polo tees for the guys look really good too. Their bermudas/shorts for men are of good quality as well.

I usually surf their clearance section as it's cheaper because it can get pretty pricey if it's not on sale.

The best is if there are discount coupons/codes to be used as well.

    Thumbs up for me! :)

I personally love Visage though their package is on the pricey end. In every waxing room, there's a bath cubicle for you to wash up before each waxing session. Also, I feel the place is very hygienic. Privacy is guaranteed too because the waxing rooms are not divided by curtains, but actual false walls. You can't really hear the person next door unless they're talking really loudly.

The staff there are very friendly. Also, a day before your appointment, they'll actually call you up to remind you about it.

I'll never go to another place for waxing even though other places offer really good deals.

I'm one who ranks hygiene & privacy first before pricing.

I always recommend my friends to Visage if they were to ask me for a good waxing parlor. :)

Love Wednesday night, most DJ nights and best of all, Readyset Glo sessions!! Mambo, dig the free entry for ladies although I'm privileged to enter free every other nights. I would give 5 stars for Zouk, if not for the drastic change of the mambo music. It is not the same old school retro that most might expect. They had drafted in some of the popular pop songs as to appeal more to the younger zoukers.

Drinks are still as good, never will you get a diluted beer or what other clubs might offer when you are in Zouk. Friday is the night to hit Phuture, even though you have to be shuffling to and fro inside. I guess it's the Zouk charm, the ambience and the people never fails to make me report there every week, without fail.

After visiting the last awkward salon at Centrepoint, I finally found the place I can "nest" my worries away. Cally, the woman behind the whole waxing experience is gentle and experienced. She uses hard wax for all her waxing services. I think compared to Honeypot, the pain factor is lower at the sensitive area. But it was also because mine was a 3/4 to full growth, it might explain the ouch factor. Of course, with Cally, the results are always silky smooth!

I bought their package and it's a value card at $9.90. The first 3 visits will be 10% off, followed by 20% for the next following 3 visits. Good deal or what? Do take note, she only accepts cash. Fret not, the nearest ATM is just a road away.

I was extremely curious how their Strawberry Sorbet wax feels and most importantly, smells like! Most importantly, my usual wax lady was not in town, I was practically lured to try out Honeypot.

When I went for my appointment, I was welcomed by the ladies at the cozy parlour. I was hoping for more than a service, maybe treated like a real princess like how they claimed they will do. Well, not much of a princess treatment but the whole atmosphere was awesome. You know the pink everything, the pink products and sexy music. I was already half sold before I started my waxing!

The whole experience was needless to say, comfortable. It was done in less than half an hour. I wouldn't say it's painless throughout but the lady who did the waxing was friendly, chatty and very gentle with me. The hard wax smells delicious too. Totally relaxing in a zen way. To make it sound too good to be true, it has promotions now and then, and the ladies do not hard sell making the whole experience really wonderful.

If you're looking for a relaxing indulgence, Honeypot is highly recommended!

I always have a liking for collaborations. When I saw this collection(and the price!), I was sold(just like that..) Especially when I heard good reviews for it, I knew I have nothing to lose but to click the 'BUY' button.

CYNTHIA ROWLEY for AVON Brush Set

All the brushes especially the blush brush is extremely soft on the skin.

CYNTHIA ROWLEY for AVON Finishing Powder

This works as the pressed powder which is as light as loose powder. It kept my skin matte for around 5 hours which is good in my opinion. It has tiny micro shimmers that brightens the skin.

CYNTHIA ROWLEY for AVON Blush Stick

I have yet to use this but my dear friend who also has it says the turnout after using was natural and best of all, it was easier to apply.

CYNTHIA ROWLEY for AVON All-Over Face Powder

The blush colour turns out to be slightly mauve-pink which I felt won't go on nice on pink-toned skin. My yellow-toned skin takes it well so I have no complaints.

    CYNTHIA ROWLEY for AVON Lipgloss

Ohh, I love love this!!! It goes on shimmery light pink and I'd buy another to stock up! It is the star buy out of all I bought! Must-have!

I would say the products work well and are value for money! Go online and buy yours if you haven't!
