It's true that Sense management need to improve the sales girl's customer service attitude. after viewing so many comments, i agreed that this is not just happen to only one outlet , but is all over the Singapore Outlet. Recall back, few years back, i have a bad experience with this shop. I really do not like to pants material. i told the sales girl i got to think twice before make the payment! the sales girl replied me back that "Please do not be so stingy"! I definitely think that it's to do with the mgt who endorses such behaviours. it's $ that they care abt, not whether customer is happy or not.
