Chewy junior. Reallyy chewy!
I love the texture and the feel of it.
They also have many different flavours for you to choose from, for example, strawberry, blueberry, oreo etc.
I tired the oreo one and it was fine, but one thing about it is that the taste gets a little overpowering after eating 3 quarter of it.
Another big down point about chewy junior is that it is very messy to eat. I suppose because they want it to looks nice, so the flavouring is put on the top of the dough(or whatervy you call the bun) and when you bite, the cream or topping will be all over you lips and mouth, thus, it's not something that i'd advise you to eat outside. Maybe if you biuy it home, it'll be better.
The food court looks classy, unlike the other foodcourts at other shopping centers. However, once you walk you, you'll find the place very crammed. The tables and chairs orientation isnt very good, thus it's rather crammed and when it gets crowded, it is really uncomfortable.
For the food, they have a wider variety for you to choose from. Chinese, Malay, Indian, Thia, Vietnam; you name it. I wouldn't recommend the western food for i ate it twice, and both times, i found their food not up to standard. For the price i paid, the quality of the food wasn't worth it.
I like the chicken rice and also pepper lunch express.
A good place with lots of food to choose from, but definitely not a good place to go during lunch and peak hours!
Daiso - the everything $2 shop. Whenever i'm in any shopping center with a Daiso branch, i will always pop in, sometimes to get some stuff, sometimes just to walk around and check out all the interesting things which are sold at only $2.
The shop is messy, but i think it's fine since the price of everything is so value for money. They have really unique stuff like stationeries etc. If you're travelling, i'd recommend you to get the ziplocks from Daiso to put your clothes. Cheap and good.
Classy, spacious and comfortable. This three words can simply sum up the cinema at Vivo City.
Compared to the many other GV cinemas, this has got to be one of the best. The place is very much more classy and spacious. I feel that there's more space between each row of seats and it's more comfortable.
One suggestion is that to buy the ticket much earlier or do online booking, otherwise you won't be able to get the good seats!
I went to the Singapore Flyer a few months after it was opened for operation.
I went for the ride in the afternoon, so what i saw was the day view. The weather outside was scorching hot, but fortunately the capsule was air-conditioned. The capsule itself is rather spacious, but maybe i felt so becasue there was only about 7 people in the same capsule as me. If there were more than 10 people in the capsule, it would be a different case. So i would advise that you go during the non-peak hours.
The view from the top is magnificant, i must say. the more significant things you can see are the esplanade, floating platform, and the many hotels and buildings. Trust me, you'll be busy snapping photograph of the great view. The feeling is at the top is really great.
One thing to note is that the windows of the capsule i was in wasnt very clean, with yellowish stains on it. But that was the only down point.
However, for this, probably i'll only take another time to experience the night view. It's not something that i'll go for more than twice. The price of $30 - is considered rather reasonable for the ride though.
I would recommend everyone to go give it a try. =)
