VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAIL OF PRODUCTS

honestly, WORST ever online shopping experience. TSK.

the product was not even SENT,
and despite countless of emails to contact JustSprees on status of product,
they had just sidetrack all of them by saying that they would CHECK but never gave a notification nor reply after that on the actual status,
and finally after 4 WEEKS from order and at final email of asking about the status,
they just say it got lost in the mail and it's not their problem and claim that the customer itself isn't efficient since I didn't go to SingPost to find the mail itself.

like seriously, do they EXPECT people to be believe that they had sent the order when they dodged the emails on the status of the order,
then just simply after a whole month claim that it's the customer and SingPost's fault?

TERRIBLE SERVICE; reflects very badly on Singapore's online shopping sites.
