    6. A Girl’s Label

A Girl's Label has a variety of pretty clothes. This is my first time buying clothes online. I like the quick response frm the owner of this online shop. And of course, her action is quick too. It take merely 2 days for me to recieve my dress by registered mail. Overmore, the dress look exactly the same as the photo that she featured. However, one bad point abt this online shop is that their cothes are v. fast out of stock. Therefore, if u see something u like, better buy first.

This is my first time here. We went there on Sunday at abt 6pm for dinner. There were no queue at all.

My bf and I order the beef stroganoff butter rice, escargots, Cuttlefish Ink Spaghetti and Scotch Egg.

      Escargots

My first time having escargots and I'm loving it! Not too buttery and it has garlic fragance...

      Beef Stroganoff Butter Rice

The rice is buttery and served covered in a creamy, fluffy egg, while the beef is served with a delicious brown sauce. V. delicious! Is a must try!

      Scotch Egg

Hard-boiled egg, wrapped with minced chicken, coated with breadcrumbs and deep fry till golden brown. A little bit dry. But it taste good.

      Cuttlefish Ink Spaghetti

I was v. curious on how the black spaghetti taste like. This dish is not really to my liking. It was too dry and it taste weird to me...

Overall, the food are pretty good.

The ambience is great, is candlelit and pretty quiet.

Will definately be back to try out more dishes.

Went to this resturant on X'mas Eve. Although it was raining, the ambience was great. We get to sit at a table by the waterfront!

Frankly speaking, this is my first time having Japanese Charcoal Grill.. and I really love Aburiya.

Aburiya has a wide variety of meat, vegetables, salads and side orders to choose from.

Savoury pieces of beef, lamb, pork, seafood, mushrooms all waiting to be barbequed over your very own charcoal pit in the middle of the table.

As this is our first time there, we ordered the set meal for 2 paxs so that we can try out a variety of food.

The set meal comes with a green salad (i nv like salad but this is heavenly great!), kimchi, beef stew x 2, egg soup,
rice x 2, shitake mushroom, chicken (wasabimayo seasoning), beef (miso seasoning) and prawn (butter seasoning). We also order ala carte german sausage and pork cheek (hot miso).

The prawns are sooo FRESH! The mushroom simply melt in my mouth.. And the pork cheek is so crispy and yummy!!!

And definately you must try their rice ($2.90 per bowl). It is slightly expensive, but it really go wells with the bbq food.

Must tries: Green Salad, Rice, Mushroom Pork Cheek & Prawn.

As the dining area is small, the service is quite pleasant. Staff are ready when you need them, and not in your face all the time.

For the price of $118 (after GST & Service Charge) for 2 paxs, it is slightly on the high side.. But i'll definately visit the resturant again to pamper myself on special occasions. ;-)

Chippy have v. little variety of choices.

If I dun remember wrongly, they have calamari, fish & chip, cheeze susage with mashed potated, spicy cheeze beef and fried mars bar..

For me, i dun take cheeze so my choices left only... 3 dishes..

The Fried Mars Bars is a MUST TRY!!!! Imagine biting a crispy mar bar... the hot caramel from the bar flow out...and u put a spoon of vanilla ice-cream into ur mouth.... wooo.... This is heavening sinful but is so DELICIOUS!!! Anyway, u can choose whether u like to go with vanilla or chocolate ice-cream. For me, I prefer vanilla coz choco is too sweet...

The fish & chips is tasty too! U get to choose whether u wan to complement with vinegar or the tomato sauce with mayo.

As for the calamari, i find it v. common lo.. Tried once. Nothing special. So nv try again...
