I went to Azabu sabo for desserts with friends, and we all had praises for the décor. Its a comfortable place to chill and we didn’t feel that we were being ‘chased away’ although we had sat there for quite some time. We noticed that there were long queues later in the night, so be prepared to wait if you go late. We were served green tea once seated and I felt that was a nice welcoming touch. We tried the Caramelized Sweet Potato and Japananese Rice Cake with Matcha Ice Cream. The sweet potato was good, but the rice cake felt kindof sticky and bland (not sure if its supposed to taste like this). There was a promo of 10% bill for standard chartered card. [Read more] |
