PSP 1004K bought from this shop was faulty. With a year guarentee under the receipt Evolution Gaming LLP (No. 1 Rochor Canal Rd #01-33, #02-72, #02-76 & 02-83 Sim Lim Square S(188504)), I went back to get a replacement. The salesperson, confirmed the set was faulty and informed us to pay additional amount of $ for a replacement. His reason was 'The 'additional payment' was supposed to be deducted from John's pay as he was the person who sold us the set (according to the salesperson, the company's policy is to deduct the salesperson pay if any games set is replaced) but as John was having marital problem and was on leave and could not be contacted to agree on a paycut, we, the buyer, had to pay!! Hmm....I paid $386 for a thick Made in Japan PSP. The shop overcharged my 7% GST and I had to make additional payment for a replacement because John sold us a faulty set and he's on leave!!!????
