Went hiking on Bukit Timah Hill with my CCA group in school a few years back. It was actually quite a fun experience hiking as a group up the hill.
There are a few routes to choose from and the various routes have various difficulties suitable for different types of hikers. If you're a beginner and seldom exercise, you can probably choose the easier and faster route, while the more experienced and adventurous hikers can choose the harder and longer route.
While hiking, you can probably enjoy the scenery along the route and enjoy the fresh air in the forest.
I have been to E2Max to rent Guitar Hero on Wii to play together with my friends.
We booked the set for about an hour, (which was quite short since there was 3 of us playing and we only had 2 guitar sets. So we had to take turns playing). in the open arena. It's in a kind of cage and people could see us playing when they walk past, but I find the space quite alright.
They have 2 sets (1 set consist of 2 guitars for rock band) available for rent at the site, so if the set is already booked, you'll probably have to wait for another time slot or book it earlier (not sure whether you could do that though since we tried calling beforehand but nobody picked up the call).
It would be good if they also have the drum set for rental or have more sets guitar hero sets for rental.
Actually there are quite alot of games selection for rental, but I've not personally tried it yet. Besides, they also have LAN gaming area and you could also book a room with your friends to watch a movie or play video or boardgames together, which is quite a good place for chilling out.
I bought my PSP from Qisahn.com after hearing all the good reviews and recommendations from people online and in forums.
The shop at far east shopping centre is not exactly very big, but I was quite surprised to find quite a long queue outside the shop when I went to get my PSP.
I must say that I'm really satisfied with their service. Its my first PSP and when I bought my PSP, the salesperson there explained to me in detail how to operate the system and step by step how to start the MOD etc. Also, the pricing was very clear and calculated to you in detailed which I find to be a really thoughtful service. Besides, their pricing is also one of the best out there. So, I have no regret buying my PSP from there.
Besides selling PSP, they also sell PS3, Nintendo DS, games, accessories etc. Highly recommended place to get your gaming console cause of the great price and service.
Got myself a Challenger membership not long ago, so when I needed to get myself a mouse and a router, I naturally headed down to Challenger to get them so as to earn some points and benefit from the member pricing.
The Challenger store was so much larger than I expected it to be and of course with the large area, there was a wide range of products available.
I really love the fact that they have the products on display for both the mouse and the routers so that customers can have a feel of the products physically. For those looking for notebook cooling pad, they also have cooling pads on display, so you could have a feel at the cooling pads to judge for yourself which one suit you best.
I was still quite undecided on the choice of routers available and the functions of the routers but the salesperson was really helpful in answering my questions and doubts.
Overall I would recommend this Challenger outlet to those who want to get their electronic goods as you would be able to compare the different brands at ease. Also if you're a Challenger member, you'll be able to get the member discount on most of the products too.
