I've went there a few times before. And I can say that, unless there's a warehouse sale over there,I wouldn't consider going there at all.
I haven't been to any concert held in expo,as it is quite obvious that it isn't the best place for concerts.
As most would know,it is located at a very 'ulu' place, and takes me about more than an hour to travel there by train.Although travelling time is slightly lesser by bus,I'll have to the train to Expo after getting off the bus at Tampines MRT station. Not only that, the place is really crowded whenever there's big event going on.It's hard even to find a place to eat sometimes.
With the travelling expense and crowd,it's only worth it when there's a sale and you get to save some money shopping there.
A great place for food. But not that great for shoping. But I'll love to go there once in a while, as food always attracts me. Also there's another shopping mall beside it, and if you can't find anything you want here, you can always go there instead. And there's Isetan here to shop too.
Love this place. The only thing not so great about it, is that there's not enough choice of food, for me at least. And the food from the food court above is highly overpriced. I once ate at this malay stall and with only a few selction of dishes with my rice, it add up to $5 plus. Also, the food was pretty tasteless to me. There's also a cleaner who always seem to be standing beside the people eating. And it's very annoying to have someone watching you eat. It's almost as if they can't wait for you to finish your food so they can start cleaning.

I kind of have a very bad impression of this place.
A few years ago, I went there with my family to buy furniture. A sales girl was serving us, and I'll have to say she was quite friendly with my parents. However, once I walk away and take a look at the other stuff, she past me and look gave me a 'not-so-friendly' look. Although I did not said anything to anger her, she seem to be very impolite to me even in front of my family.
And not too long ago, I went with my mother again. This time to buy a computer. The salesperson look almost unwilling to help. And talk as if we're wasting his time. Once we got the computer, I had trouble setting it up. So my mom called him, but he wasn't any help at all. We even had to waste money letting someone else to help us. Although it's not his fault that I couldn't set up the computer, he should have at least been more helpful. Also, while on the phone, he act as though he can't be bothered to talk to my mom as she don't understand about computers.
As you can see, the service is lousy to say the least. Although we are the one paying them, they did not even treat us with a bit of respect and politeness.
I'll say that I will never buy anything from this outlet again. It's even slightly unpleasant for me to walk past nowadays.
I got to say I love this place! There's my favourite kinokuniya, guess and also a wide range of food! Besides, there are also expensive brand which I can only look at, although I'm not really interested in those, but no harm looking. Great for serious shoppers!
