I recently bought the SanDisk's Cruzer "Titanium" 4 GB thumbdrive seeing as it is "Crush resistance up to 2000lbs". Little did i know the one I bought was defective. After I accidentally swiped the thumbdrive off my table about 30 to 50 cm off the ground, it split into three separate pieces. I called SanDisk to see if I can get it exchanged but to my surprise they replied " Sorry the damage is caused by you therefore it has voided warranty ". So SanDisk is deliberately trying to get us to break their defective goods and then blame in on the consumers and saying they can't get it exchanged? The aftermath of attempting to put the "Titanium" Cruzer back into one piece (it still works I used to the tape that it would not separate anymore) is in the pictures I uploaded for this review.
