Its not a surprise to me when I read the papers on the complaints made against True Spa. I am also a member and was unhappy from my first booking. The spa is meant for a place to relax and de-stressed but they stressed you up from the time you signed the dotted line. You are lucky to get thru the tel. line and even luckier if you get the appointment on the date/time of your choice. They will tell you its fully booked but you will note that the reception areas are filled by those trial customers. The moment you signed up as member, you are consigned to the waste bin. It seems they are more inrterested in signing on more and more members than to keep existing customers. True spa must be doing very well as evidenced by the recent expansions. Membership fees upfront and in most cases exasperated customers will drop out without completing their full courses. The owners comes from a very prominent family and its sad if its built on such business model. [Read more] |
