Robinsons service is known to be good, and we encountered the excellent service culture last month. On 14 jun 11am, a staff at the children's department served us patiently regarding our purchase of a baby stroller. When we decided to get the particular model, she found that the colour that we wanted was not available at the shelf. Despite the shortage of staff, she went the extra mile of checking the incoming shipment at the backroom store whether they have the colour which we wanted. The process consumed more of her time which could be spent on other areas where the staff shortage was impacted.
