Goldheart Jewellery shop has always been first in my list but after my bad experience from sales staff at Tampines Outlet, I won't spent a single cent with them ever.I've bought most of my jewellery from Goldheart but they made me go back twice to collect my bracelet which I've sent for fresh coating and cleaning and at the same time wanted to buy a wedding solitaire for my sister-in-law from Philippines, 5 of us walked in and not even a single soul attend to us or aknowledge us to wait while they are so busy (I guess or seeing us wearing bermudas and t-shirt). We left and came back an hour later, hoping they will this time, but we received the same blind treatment and I'm very emberassed with my family for recommending Goldheart.The staff forgot when we are ready to buy 110% we are ready to pay more than that, I have to go back for the 3rd time to collect my bracelet and i'm certain I won't go back again to spent my money with them ever again, worst no apology given.
